The two institutions have been working together since 2016, and now for 10 years. Omani artists, recognised by the Stal Gallery as ‘young emerging artists’, receive a one-month ‘artist-studio residence scholarship’ at the Creative Centre of the Leipzig Cotton Mill, following a recommendation by the Stal Gallery’s curator, Hassan Meer.
